Any Australian may be eligible depending on their health needs and treatment history. You’ll complete an online screening to determine suitability.

We offer after-hours, accessible, patient-centred care via telehealth. Our platform supports personalised treatment plans, ongoing check-ins, express delivery, and a team that listens so that your care is really for you.

We are an online service provider as well as in-clinic and accessible nationwide. Consult from the comfort of your home.

Not necessarily. Your first consultation is focused on understanding your health history, symptoms, and needs. If your doctor determines that a prescription is appropriate and safe based on this assessment, they may issue one. However, prescriptions are never guaranteed and are only provided when clinically justified.

Prescriptions are sent electronically by our partner pharmacy and medications are shipped or made available for pickup.

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Express options may be available depending on location. Tracking links will be provided once your order is shipped.

First-time patients that require a repeat prescription will have to login and complete a telehealth consult with one of our doctors who may provide an eScript depending on your medical history and suitability. Current patients will automatically be booked in for a follow-up depending on their treatment plan where their progress will be reviewed and repeat prescriptions may get issued.

Where possible, we aim to provide continuity of care by reconnecting you with the same doctor for your follow-up appointments. If your original doctor is unavailable, another experienced clinician from our team will step in with full access to your treatment history and notes, so your care remains seamless and consistent.

You can reach out to our clinical support team for guidance or book a follow-up consultation with your doctor. We’ll review how you’re responding, adjust your treatment if needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
